By accessing or using Trouvé (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trouvé. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trouvé only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use the App to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others, including through chat messages
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Upload, post, or share any content that contains nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, graphic violence, hate speech, or any other content that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
- Use the App to promote discrimination, hate, or violence against individuals or groups
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload or share content that infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Send unsolicited, repetitive, or spam messages through the App
- Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes, including scams or attempts to obtain personal information from others
Trouvé reserves the right to monitor and moderate user interactions, including chat messages, to enforce these Terms. We may review, remove, or restrict access to any content or account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful.
Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Geo-Cache Permissions
Trouvé requires access to your device's location services to function properly. By using the App, you grant us permission to access and use your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by Trouvé and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.
7. Rewards and Disclaimers
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in money drops. Rewards offered through Trouvé are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, value, or delivery of rewards. All rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Trouvé at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Trouvé shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
